The Tehran Chamber participated in the 26th China International Investment and Trade Fair

The Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture—represented by executives from its Investment Center—participated in the 26th China International Fair for Investment and Trade (CIFIT) in Xiamen, appearing at the Islamic Republic of Iran’s pavilion. On the sidelines of the event, the Tehran Chamber’s investment executives attended specialized meetings and panels and met with investment promotion agencies, business associations, and representatives from Chinese companies across various regions—including Shanghai, Tianjin, Henan, and Fujian—to discuss potential areas of cooperation and investment opportunities.

 

Held in Xiamen from September 8 to 11, the 26th CIFIT focused on investment within China, Chinese outbound investment, and international investment, hosting government bodies, investment promotion agencies, financial institutions, and companies from numerous countries.

 

Iran participated in the fair by establishing a national pavilion featuring entities such as the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Finance, the Organization for Investment, Economic and Technical Assistance of Iran, the Securities and Exchange Organization, the Secretariat of the High Council of Free Trade-Industrial Zones, as well as the Tehran Chamber of Commerce.

 

In addition to their presence at the Iranian pavilion, executives from the Tehran Chamber’s Investment and Family Business Center participated in specialized sessions and panels covering topics such as international investment, financing, industrial development, and emerging technologies.
