The head of the Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (TCCIMA), along with the Secretary General and a group of heads of specialized commissions of the Tehran Chamber, met with the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China. The meeting was held with the aim of examining ways to strengthen economic cooperation and use existing capacities between the two countries.

 

According to the Tehran Chamber's public relations report, the representatives of the Tehran Chamber emphasized the importance of the role of the private sector in advancing trade relations and the necessity of continuing dialogues and close interactions between economic activists of Iran and China. In this meeting, while referring to the extensive previous cooperation, the readiness of the Tehran Chamber to develop communications and facilitate economic interactions was emphasized.

 

Zhong Peiwu, the Chinese Ambassador to Tehran, also expressed his satisfaction with the continuous communications with the Tehran Chamber, emphasized the positive position of this institution in shaping the economic cooperation of the two countries and called for the continuation of consultations and the use of joint capacities in the field of trade.

 

At the end of the meeting, the two sides expressed hope that by continuing interactions and strengthening communication channels, the path to developing economic and trade cooperation will be paved more than ever before.
